Arielle is a designer and producer with several years of leadership, management, and creative design experience. Her projects to-date include theme parks, zoos, brand centers, aquariums, museums, retail, dining, and attractions, most notably at Walt Disney Imagineering, Universal Creative, Thinkwell Group, and currently with AOA. Some of her favorite projects have included Pandora, at Disney's Animal Kingdom, and Diagon Alley, at Universal Studios Orlando.

Arielle has participated with and overseen design and production teams from the concept phase through opening day and has a firm grasp of scope and the creative process. She has managed projects ranging from the most minimal of budgets up to those with multi-million dollar capital expenditures - for clients including Disney, Universal, and Google. In addition to design skills, she brings a keen attention to detail and a head for business to her work, a knack for working with a wide range of personalities, and a solid mix of right- and left-brain thinking.

In support of her commitment to the themed entertainment industry, Arielle serves as the Themed Entertainment Association’s NextGen Chair. In that role, she leads the creation of leadership development programming for over 350 students and recent graduates throughout the world and seeks to match them with one of TEA’s 1,200 member companies.

Arielle received her BFA in Interior Design from Savannah College of Art and Design. During her tenure at SCAD, she also produced video content, including web content for HGTV.com.
