Previous project disciplines includes MEP, concrete, transportation, waterway, interior and exterior renovations, theme park attraction rehabs, floor replacements, retail, restaurants, and resort rehabs for a major theme park and resort company in Florida.  Her unique experiences allowed her to work on multiple projects with emphasis on the overall vision as well as the specifics of design and construction. Previous projects include managing the Magic Kingdom theme park attractions and back-of-house projects, global floor replacements at Disney’s on-site and off-site properties, guest pools, and guests path of travel in the Florida region.  Gwynetta has worked as part of the Owner Representative team for Disney’s Deluxe Resorts which included the Grand Floridian, Contemporary, Animal Kingdom, Polynesian, Boardwalk, and Yacht & Beach, managing various multi-discipline projects efficiently and successfully.
