Jes is a designer with a passion for creating immersive experiences. Her background in animation, projection mapping, and fine art makes her a well-rounded artist in virtually any medium. Jes's focus at AOA is on creating media pieces for show sets that transform a space into an enriching experience for the viewer. Her responsibilities include concept design, video creation, filming, and projection mapping for various projects.
She works closely with Panasonic's Hollywood Laboratory to provide research and development testing for projectors and has projection mapped a featured wall in their space by creating custom 3D and 2D media content. Jes has created show set design, media, and projections for The Walt Disney Co. as well as design development packages and videos for up-and-coming, confidential projects in New York City. She created custom media and projection mapping for an exclusive event at the Kennedy Space Station in Florida, Yuri's Night.
Jes developed "Participation" from concept to completion for Digital Graffiti 2018, an international projection mapping competition. The interactive media display featuring two overlapping projections and a microphone caught the eye of the judges and was awarded the artwork "Best of Show."
