PROJECT MANAGER CONSTRUCTION

WORK LOCATION:

Central Florida, FL

DESCRIPTION:

Management level position responsible for tactical project management of medium to high risk projects from blue sky to close out. Develops and manages engineering design intent throughout the life of the project while interfacing with external engineering and technical consultants. Interfaces with internal design development disciplines and manages external technical and engineering consultants. Frontline manager responsible for monitoring budget and ensuring that delivery schedule is met.

JUNIOR CONCEPT DESIGNER

DESCRIPTION:

A Junior Concept Designer with AOA will already have a well developed skill set and will look to grow and expand knowledge by working with senior staff on a range of ambitious and innovative projects. There will be a great deal of freedom, which will be matched with a demanding timeline and high expectations. AOA has a dynamic and ever-changing portfolio with bandwidth covering concept design, show set design, production, and media and content creation. The skills of our team are diverse and continuing to develop, and we support endeavors to educate and grow for the betterment of our AOA team. All team members are responsible for helping to drive the creative direction of concept development, inspirational imagery, current trends, general art direction, and the detailed mechanics of the design integration into the overall project to help the team produce the best work possible.

MEP SUPERINTENDENT/ON-SITE REPRESENTATIVE

WORK LOCATION:

West Coast/Project based travel

DESCRIPTION:

Responsible for on-site Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire protection (MEP/ FP) observation and daily reporting on progress, as well as monitoring and coordinating testing and inspection services full time during the construction phase of a project.   Communicate and collaborate with the Owner/ Architect, Trade contractors, General Contractor and Project team members to ensure project integrity and high-quality work product that consistently meets or exceeds the projects contract documents, drawings and specifications.  Maintain records at the onsite field office (as applicable) including written and electronic correspondence, contract documents, change orders, change directives, reports, shop drawings, product data, photo documentation and samples.
