Joseph has 29 years experience in construction industry including residential, commercial, industrial, theme park, and hospitality construction. His roles have ranged from Carpenter, General Foreman, and Technical specialist to Consultant and Superintendent.
From Disney to Universal, Joseph has worked on a vast number of theme park construction and ride rehabilitation projects including Universal’s Islands of Adventure construction, the Magic Kingdom expansion, Shanghai Disney projects, and Disney Vacation Club projects in Orlando and Vero Beach, Florida. He has also worked on launching the complex 37B construction for the Delta IV Rocket at the Kennedy Space Center in Cape Canaveral, Florida as well as The Medieval Times expansion in Kissimmee, Florida.
Although Joseph’s responsibilities have varied from project to project, his work focuses around project planning, scheduling, material procurement, value engineering, manpower assessment, field trouble shooting, safety assessments, and project turnover. Joseph’s has always been dedicated to delivering a quality project while emphasizing safety and a timely completion.
