Steve's various positions in the construction management industry have provided in-depth experience on many exciting and challenging projects.
Steve has performed the role of Lead Superintendent for many Disney venues including The Seven Dwarf’s Mine Train at the Magic Kingdom and Animation Gallery at Disney’s Hollywood Studios. With these roles, Steve has developed a great knowledge of major theme park systems and how to keep attractions running smoothly while executing work behind the scenes. He also has worked on various projects in Disney Springs as the Owners Representative Superintendent for the Coca Cola store, the remodel of Planet Hollywood and the Orange and Lime garage for Reedy Creek. He is currently in the development stage on the 3rd Reedy Creek Parking Garage at Disney Springs.
Some other past projects that Steve has been involved with are: Hilton Garden Inn, Sea World and Skull Island: Reign of Kong at Universal Studios. He was a part of the construction management team for the Orange County Courthouse, Bella Collina Clubhouse and residential units for the Ginn Club and Resorts.
He has since become a part of AOA with the opportunity to work on the production and development of many different types of challenging projects. Steve chose this position because he loves building and leading efforts that make projects come together. He is very passionate about his work and finds great fulfillment in seeing the projects completed.
